Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website accessibility.qamadness.com (the "Site") operated by QA Madness Sp. z o.o. ("QA Madness", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site promotes our accessibility audit services based on WCAG 2.2 and EAA compliance. No services are contracted through the Site; any engagement is formalized via a separate written agreement after a discovery call.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form.
- Interfere with, disable, or circumvent any security or authentication measure, including Cloudflare Turnstile.
- Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract content without our written permission.
- Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful code.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to derive source code of non-public components.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated.
3. Forms, sample report, and inquiries
The Site offers two forms: a Get Sample Report form and a Request Full Audit form. By submitting a form you confirm that:
- You are at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
- The information you provide is accurate and is your own, or you are authorized to submit it on behalf of your company.
- The email address you provide is a business address that can receive the sample report or our response.
- You consent to our processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The sample report is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute an audit of your product, nor does it create a consulting or contractual relationship between you and QA Madness.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site - including text, graphics, logos, icons, audit methodology descriptions, the QA Madness brand, and the sample report - is owned by QA Madness Sp. z o.o. or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site and download the sample report for your internal evaluation. You may not redistribute, republish, or use the content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Third-party marks referenced on the Site (WCAG, W3C, Lighthouse, axe, NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, Clutch, G2, ISO, Cloudflare, HubSpot, and others) remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive purposes.
5. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites or embed third-party services (for example, the external free scan tool, Calendly booking, Cloudflare Turnstile). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QA Madness disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Specifically, the sample report and any information presented on the Site regarding EAA, WCAG, ADA, or compliance timelines are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. You should consult qualified legal counsel for decisions that depend on your specific circumstances.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QA Madness, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed EUR 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QA Madness from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Site, or (c) your violation of any third-party right or applicable law through your use of the Site.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page indicates the current version. Changes take effect when posted. If the changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to highlight them on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Warsaw, Poland, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise.
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you retain the protections of the mandatory provisions of your country of residence.
